In My Mailbox

The "In My Mailbox" post consists of which books we bought during the past week, hosted by The Story Siren.

Won from The Story Siren:

  • Katana Swag
      • A bookmark, bracelet, tattoos, and a coffee cup holder.  I noticed after the picture was taken that the holder is upside down.  I definitely got a collection of bookmarks going on now...

From the Library (and yes, the Gizmo had to check out the books while I took the picture):

  • Katana by Cole Gibsen
  • Croak by Gina Damico
    • Amazon | Book Depository | Goodreads
      • Ooh, I'm excited to pick up this book.  Grim reapers; I've heard good things about them (reading about them not actual grim reapers - I'd probably cry if I actually saw one).
  • Down These Strange Streets edited by George RR Martin
    • Amazon | Book Depository | Goodreads
      • A collection of urban fantasy stories.  Why do I want to read it?  Some of the authors in this book are Charlaine Harris and Patricia Briggs.

For Review (e-edition):

Died on the Vine by Joyce Harmon
This sounds like a mystery novel that will take many twists and turns throughout the book.  I can't wait to read it.  Thanks goes to Joyce Harmon for providing me a review copy.
The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa
A vampire dystopian novels.  I don't think I've seen any reviews on this book that have been less than five stars yet.  I'm super excited to read this one!  Thanks goes to Harlequin Teen and Netgalley.
Quarantine: The Loners by Lex Thomas
A dystopian where young adults are infected with a virus that is lethal to adults.  Yes, I'm very interested to see what happens.  Thanks goes to Egmont USA and Netgalley.
Exiled by JR Wagner
This sounds like a very interesting fantasy read.  I'm looking forward to this one.  Thanks goes to Greenleaf Book Group and Netgalley.
