A Million Suns by Beth Revis

Genre:  YA Sci-Fi Romance
A Million Suns, Book 2

Description (taken from Goodreads):
Godspeed was fueled by lies. Now it is ruled by chaos. It's been three months since Amy was unplugged. The life she always knew is over. And everywhere she looks, she sees the walls of the spaceship Godspeed. But there may just be hope: Elder has assumed leadership of the ship. He's finally free to enact his vision - no more Phydus, no more lies.

But when Elder discovers shocking news about the ship, he and Amy race to discover the truth behind life on Godspeed. They must work together to unlock a puzzle that was set in motion hundreds of years earlier, unable to fight the romance that's growing between them and the chaos that threatens to tear them apart.

You know how there are some books that make you want to jump up and down at every twist and turn in the book?  This is one of those books.  The plot picks up right where the first one left off.  You follow Amy and Elder while on Godspeed, their ship (the only home Elder's ever known).

Elder's character really grows from a naive little boy into a man that can lead the ship throughout this book.  And as happy as his character made me throughout the book, my opinion of Amy went down.  It didn't hurt the book, but I thought Amy turned into a whiny, selfish little girl towards the end.

And the plot?  Yes, I figured out the major points of it.  But they were so good to read through!  There were some bumps in the book that made want to rip the pages up and hate the characters (not the main two though).

Who should read these books?  Anyone who reads young adult (I mean it).  These books are very quick reads, and they're different from the norm.

A special shout out goes to Mindy from Magical Urban Fantasy for letting me participate in this ARC tour.
