In My Mailbox

The "In My Mailbox" post consists of which books we bought during the past week, hosted by The Story Siren.

For Review:

From the Library:

  • The Pledge by Kimberly Derting
    • Amazon | Book Depository | Goodreads
      • I've been wanting to read this book ever since it came out.  I figured getting it from the library would be the way to go (since I've heard mixed reviews).
  • Last Breath by Rachel Caine
    • Amazon | Book Depository | Goodreads
      • Morganville Vampires, book number eleven.  Woot!  I've enjoyed this series since the beginning.  And I'll be reading it just in time for the twelfth one to come out.
  • Everneath by Brodi Ashton
    • Amazon | Book Depository | Goodreads
      • This book will be the first mythology book that I'll have read this year.  I was the second person to place a hold on this book (go me).  So excited to read it!

For Review (e-edition):

Gift by Andrea Buchanan
A young adult urban fantasy read.  And I'm looking forward to learning more about this 'gift' that Daisy has.  Thanks goes to Netgalley and Open Road Media.
The Last Song by Eva Wiseman
I've been trying to pick up more historical fiction books.  And this one caught my attention.  I'm looking forward to learning more about the Inquisition.  Thanks goes to Netgalley and Tundra Books.
Shayla Witherwood: A Half-Faerie Tale by Tamra Torero
I enjoy urban fantasy reads regarding faeries.  And I'm looking forward to reading this one.  Thanks goes to Netgalley and Cedar Fort.

Purchased (e-edition):

Cloaked by Alex Flinn
A book with twisted fairy tales in it?  Count me in!  And I saw a lot of good reviews for Beastly (even though I haven't read it yet).
